I was in the area so I went into try this spot. The açaí was icy and flavor less. Coconut pretty much the same. Toppings were good. Acai did not live up to all the hype.

I’ve ordered from Palmetto Superfoods quite a few times, and it’s become one of my go-to spots for açaí bowls. I usually get the Bom Dia Bowl or the Bay Blend, and the Bay Blend is definitely my favorite. If I could change one thing, I’d order it without the almond butter—but everything else about it is just perfect. I usually order through Uber Eats because the location itself isn’t the most comfortable to hang out in. It’s a very small space that’s mostly designed for ordering and leaving. If you want to eat there, you’ll likely have to find a spot outside. That said, the bowls are always fresh, delicious, and worth ordering. If you’re craving a good açaí bowl, I definitely recommend giving them a try.

This is a smaller location with a self-ordering kiosk at the end of the shop. On busy days, ordering is usually kiosk-only, but during the week an associate is available to help take orders. The staff is fast and always stays on top of orders. This location can get very busy and will sometimes stop accepting online orders during peak hours. It’s located in Santana Row between Maggiano’s and Urban Plates. There are tables outside, but the area is usually crowded with families and kids since there’s a small playground nearby. There’s also 2 hours of free parking available in the garages around Santana Row. They offer a wide variety of bowl options along with unlimited toppings.

Was introduced to Palmettos a year ago and we’ve been getting it pretty much at least once every weekend since. Love the different flavors you can choose and also the healthy variety of toppings you can add for your own liking. Not only is the food amazing but the service is also great! We usually DoorDash but every time we’ve gone in to pick up we’re greeted with great service from some of the workers that I can remember off the top of my head- Sarah, Jolina, Czarina and Jose.

I didn’t even know there was an açaí place nearby! I was so excited when I saw the yelp event for it. I parked in the Santana row structure and walked over. There were two other clients when I arrived. The clerks greeted me and I told them I was there for the Yelp elite event. Gave them my name and she handed me the decision dice and a postcard. I ordered the bay blend. The medium size is a good size to share between two people. They heaped on the toppings. It was sweet but not overly sweet. Very tasty! I loved all the layers and all the textures. Will be back!
